"It's Natural" with indique Hair and Miss Jessies Contest rules

OFFICIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
HOW TO ENTER: The Indique x Miss Jessie's Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by Indique Hair®
(“Sponsor”) starts 11:00:01 am Eastern Time (ET) on 05/12/14 and ends 8:00 pm ET on 05/18/14 (the
“Entry Period”). The person who submits the Entry will be referred to herein as “Entrant”.
Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States, must be at least 18 years of age at time of
entry. Entrants must follow @iloveindique & @miss_jessies with your reason using the #ItsNatural
hashtag! Example- "I just entered the @iloveindique & @miss_jessies #ItsNatural contest because I
would love to try both products.

PRIZES: (Only 1 winner will be awarded a prize for instagram: Miss Jessie's #ItsNatural package, 2
tubes of Indique Hair, #ItsNatural T-Shirt. The winning post will be chosen by Indique's Marketing
Department.

ELIGIBILITY: All Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., at least 18 years of
age at time of entry. Employees of Indique Hair (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates,
subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are NOT eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto
Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, elsewhere outside the 50 United States, and where prohibited by law.
Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating and/or
accepting the contest and contest prizes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to
accept decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this Contest. Photographs: Sponsor
will use photo submissions at the consent of the winners and at Indique’s discretion. CAUTION: ANY
ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK
DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. GENERAL
CONDITIONS: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of winner’s name, photograph,
other likenesses and limited biographical information for advertising, promotional or trade
purposes, including but not limited to online announcements, in commerce and in all media
worldwide without limitation or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
