It's not easy to establish a regimen that works for you at the beginning of your natural hair journey. It takes time and patience to know what works for you or doesn't. Alot of it has to do with trial and error. Establishing your own hair regimen will take you to a place where you have to listen to what your hair is telling you, only your hair knows what it likes and doesn't like. I eventually found out the the steps that I am about to share with you it came with alot of patience, knowledge, excitement Disappointment's as well, but at the end I can truly say that for right now I have finally found the right path for healthy, manageable, and strong hair.
When I wash my hair I use conditioner only , the only time that I would use a shampoo with sulfates would be if I have to review a product that has been sent to me, or to remove any build up that has accumulated in my hair throughout the week, because of putting too many products or gel at the same time. So I want to remove build up so I will use a sulfate or non-sulfate shampoo. I will always prefer to use a shampoo that contains no sulfate.
I would go ahead and pree-poo my hair before I shampoo, so my hair won't get stripped away of it's natural oils, then I will proceed to to wash my hair, then deep condition, then apply the LOC Method then apply my styler. These are the steps that I do to pamper me hair for the week. So I hope you enjoy the video!! On My Current Hair Regimen
